In the new Telegram Beta for Android v12.9.0 (6957), bots can now be added to Communities.
On the test server, the limit is up to 10 bots per Community. The production limit is still unknown.
To add a bot to a Community, open the bot's settings → Add Bot to a Community → select an existing Community or create a new one.

The production help.getAppConfig has been updated. The limit for adding bots to a Community is now set to 100.
This means that a Community can now contain up to 100 groups and channels, as well as up to 100 bots.
