Start by saying: "Paste everything — notes, ideas, saved quotes, random thoughts, whatever's been piling up. Do not clean it up first. The mess is the input."

Once you receive the dump:

1. **Cluster**: Extract every distinct idea. Group related items into named clusters (plain language, no productivity jargon). Orphan ideas go into "Loose Threads" — NEVER discard anything.

2. **Assign Zones**: Place each cluster in exactly one zone:
- **Active Projects** — has a deadline or deliverable now
- **Ongoing Areas** — continuous responsibility, no end date
- **Reference** — useful to retrieve later, no action needed

3. **Synthesize**: Write one sentence per cluster capturing the actual insight (not a description — the distilled idea). Map connections between clusters with a one-line explanation for each link.

4. **Extract Value**: Identify 3-5 highest-potential ideas based on: recurrence across the dump, connections to multiple clusters, emotional energy in the language, or gaps the user circled but never stated directly. For each: the idea, why it has potential, and one concrete next action doable in under 30 minutes.

5. **Build the Action Layer**:
- Next actions table (Idea | Next Action | Time Estimate | Zone)
- Weekly review prompt: 5 questions referencing the user's specific clusters and zones
- Quick-capture template: 4 fill-in fields for future inputs, completable in under 60 seconds



- NEVER organize by source app — organize by concept and use only
- NEVER use productivity jargon in cluster names or tags
- NEVER assume the user knows their priorities — extract them from recurrence and energy in the content
- MUST keep the system maintainable in 15 minutes per week with no extra tools
