Prices are huge different between countries, a product by a brand != another brand (related to protein), wage is different etc.
- Can be applied
to all people? 🙅♂️, already about the topic protein there is too less evidence, even if position papers are writing bullshit citing not valid sources

- Can be applied
in all countries? ❔since there is huge difference between countries ... already the fact that inside the same country people eat in different way, some eating 1x pro day other 7x ... etc.
- Can be applied in
hospital? ✅ for people that maybe have no problems, more a 🙅♂️ for specific patients
- Is vegan
bullshit? 🙅♂️

So what is the best solution? For people that really focus on what they eat, by tracking them, making blood test, etc. a vegan diet definitely can help to improve CO2, health and animal welfare. For other, for example specific groups with particular needs, there is still a risk, even if this is not related to everyone.
One thing is sure, a lot more research is needed to cover all missing informations looking even what happen after 70 years being vegan, instead of just looking what happen after 3 seconds ... and considering almost just adults.
Plus it's time to think about alternative approaches, like a 1/3 or 2/3 vegan or an interval vegan diet or whatever.
