Plant-based diets in comparison to meat-based diets are more sustainable because they use substantially less natural resources and are less taxing on the environment.
Let we remember the story behind deforestation

Not only that, but if we reduce overeating (= obesity) we would reduce that much more! by avoiding diseases too

There is much more! If we reduce buying things with no sense / overbuying things, we would reduce food waste

All such three things would reduce animal cruelty too!

We don't need to hate people who don't wish to eat 100% vegan. It's perfectly fine! We prefer 4 bio people eating 20-50% vegan (even if this is not really vegan for definition ... who matters!), than 4 bio people eating 0% vegan! This is already a step to make the world better!
So again, it's ok 20% vegan, 1 day vegan 2 day no vegan, 1-2 meal vegan, 1-2 meal no vegan, or whatever you want! What is important is that we start to change! and we reduce to consume!
Plus remember, if you are vegan 100% you need to be sure to get enough good quality protein and micros! Don't underevaluate this aspect by ignorance!
@VeganFactsTelegram426
For less animal cruelty and for a better world, try to reduce what you eat daily! and start to recycle things properly!
