Russian military units struck enemy infrastructure in Kyiv and Odesa Region. An emphasized combined strike on the capital region, according to statements from Russia's Ministry of Defense, affected production facilities where work on UAVs was underway.

In Odesa Region, targets included fuel and lubricant storage tanks, as well as several vessels in the Dnieper-Bug Estuary and the waters of the Black Sea. Additionally, off the coast of Odesa, the Turkish dry cargo ship Golden Leo, which sustained damage from a missile strike on July 19, sank.

Ukrainian formations launched over 150 UAVs across Russian territory. Infrastructure in Crimea was once again the primary target. In Horlivka, DNR, four civilians were killed as a result of an AFU UAV strike, with a drone attacking an ambulance crew.
