The session focused on enhancing facilitation skills, participatory learning, and gender sensitization—strengthening capacity for more effective and inclusive training.

On this occasion, Spl. DGP, Community Affairs Division (CAD) felicitated 52 Master Trainers with CC-1 certificates, while officers of SP and DSP ranks were honoured for their valuable contribution to the programme.
