Kindergarten fees will be reduced for residents of certain areas

💸 According to the Resolution, from April 1, 2026, a 50 percent reduction coefficient will be applied to parental fees for child maintenance in state preschool education organizations for the residents of the “Karatau” and “Bestobe” mahalla citizens' assemblies, which administratively belong to the city of Nukus.

✅ Also, for entrepreneurs operating in this territory providing services through shopping complexes with an area of more than 5,000 square meters and hotels (accommodation facilities), land tax and property tax rates will be applied with a 90 percent reduction from January 1, 2027, to January 1, 2040.

⌛️ Until January 1, 2028:

🔸 real estate objects on the balance sheet of commercial banks located in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan will be revalued at market price and realized through direct sale with the condition of interest-free installment payments over 10 years;

🔸 a discount equal to 25 percent of the contract value will be provided if payments under the purchase and sale agreements for the realized real estate objects are fully paid within 6 months.
