By Resolution, the Regulation "On the procedure for assigning and paying child benefits and material assistance to families entered into the Social Register" was approved.
📝 Application Process
Submission Methods: Applicants may request child benefits or material assistance by applying through a Public Service Center or a social worker.
🔗 Digital Platforms: Independent applications can be submitted via the "Single Register of Social Protection" (YAMIH) Information System, the My.gov.uz (YIDXP) portal, or the "Social Card" mobile app.
⌛️ Frequency: Each family may submit an application for child benefits and material assistance once a month.
✔️ Processing Timeline: Applications submitted by the 16th of the month are reviewed in the month of application; those submitted on or after the 16th are reviewed the following month.
💸 Assignment and Payment
Automatic Approval: If no grounds for refusal are identified, child benefits or material assistance are automatically assigned and paid through the "Single Register" Information System starting the month following the review.
📁 Duration of Payments:
🔹 "Families on state support" and "poor families": Benefits are assigned until the family is removed from these categories.
▫️ "Families on the verge of poverty": Benefits are assigned for 6 months following the month they were placed in (or transferred to) this category.
🔹 Benefit Amounts
The amounts for child benefits and material assistance are established by legislation. Specific adjustments apply when a family is transferred from "state support" or "poor family" status to "family on the verge of poverty" without requiring an additional application:
▪️ 75% of the statutory amount: If the average monthly income per family member is between 1 and 1.25 times the minimum consumption expenditure.
▪️ 50% of the statutory amount: If the average monthly income per family member is between 1.25 and 1.5 times the minimum consumption expenditure.
