The procedure for editing information about persons registered at a place of residence in immovable property has been established
By Government Resolution No. 38 dated 30 January 2026, the Administrative Regulation for providing the state service on “Editing information on the residential address of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and information about persons registered at the place of residence in immovable property belonging to them” was approved.
✅ According to the Regulation, the state service is provided
in the following cases:
🔹 issuing an updated registration record in the system based on
an applicant’s request to correct incorrect information about their residential address;
🔹 issuing
an updated certificate in the system about persons registered at a given address, based on the property owner’s request to correct incorrect information about the person(s) registered at the place of residence in their immovable property.

The Department of Migration and Personalization under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its territorial divisions are the authorized bodies in this field.
📝 To submit an application, the applicant may personally apply to the authorized body or a Public Services Center, or register electronically to use the service through
the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (my.gov.uz).
⏳ The application received by the authorized body will be reviewed
within 3 working days.
📜 Based on the results of examining the information specified in the application, the updated information will be confirmed through the system
with a QR code, and a notification will be sent to the applicant on the same day.
