TVM Ventures Launches $100,000,000 Fund to Drive TON Blockchain Growth

TON Virtual Machine (TVM) Ventures has launched an investment fund aimed at expanding the TON Blockchain ecosystem as a global financial network. The fund is backed by an anonymous Toncoin miner and is led by Steve Yun, former President of the TON Foundation, who remains on its board of directors. TVM Ventures will provide startups and enterprises with capital, infrastructure, and technical resources necessary for the mass adoption of decentralized finance (DeFi) and payment solutions (PayFi).

TVM Ventures’ Mission:

• Cross-Border Payments and PayFi: TVM Ventures seeks to accelerate PayFi founders who address the vast inefficiencies in the traditional payments space.
• Security: TVM Ventures underscores its commitment to security across its ecosystem by collaborating with the most advanced security auditors for the TON Virtual Machine.


Investment Strategy:
• TVM Ventures focuses on early-stage projects with valuations ranging from $5M to $10M.
• Investment sizes range from $500,000 to $1M.
• The fund also provides $5M in “farming liquidity” to support DeFi protocols.

Current Investments:
The fund has already invested in four TON-based startups: Factorial, Torch Finance, Fiva, Memes Lab.

TON Ecosystem Growth Outlook:
• The TON ecosystem is expected to see significant expansion by Q2 2025.
• TON is projected to capture a major share of the stablecoin market in the coming years.
• Steve Yun forecasts that Toncoin could reach $40 in the next bull cycle.
