Telegram and TON Enter into an Exclusive Partnership

Telegram has announced an exclusive collaboration with The Open Network (TON) blockchain for crypto applications and games.

Key points of the agreement:

• All Telegram mini-apps and games with crypto functionality will be required to use TON exclusively.
• Existing projects on other blockchains will need to migrate to TON.
• The TON Foundation is offering grants of up to $50,000 for projects that complete the transition within 30 days.
• Telegram is already paying channel owners a portion of advertising revenue in Toncoin (TON) cryptocurrency.
• There are plans to launch NFT stickers based on TON.
