Responsibilities
— Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent
— Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple roles and locations
— Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels
— Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience
— Maintain accurate data in internal recruitment systems
— Share market insights and sourcing knowledge with the team

Requirements
— Proven experience in sourcing or talent research
— Strong communication skills and candidate-focused mindset
— Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates
— Experience sourcing for technical or highly skilled roles
— Familiarity with international hiring, preferably across Europe
— Fluent English
