Responsibilities
— Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function across multiple regions
— Manage and coach a team of 8–10 TA professionals
— Partner with senior stakeholders in a complex international environment
— Drive hiring strategy and ensure high-quality hiring at scale
— Stay hands-on with recruitment delivery when needed

Requirements
— Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
— Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
— Experience in international tech or SaaS environments
— Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
— Fluent English (full professional proficiency)
