Responsibilities
— Own HRIS (HiBob) and ensure accurate employee data across locations
— Manage end-to-end relocation processes (visas, permits, residency)
— Maintain compliance with Serbian labor law and safety regulations
— Partner with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payments
— Support salary reviews, bonus cycles, and HR-finance alignment
— Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations

Requirements
— Native Serbian and fluent English
— 2+ years in HR Operations, Administration, or similar role
— Experience with relocation and international hiring processes
— Knowledge of Serbian labor law and payroll processes
— Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
— Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
