Evotym is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and building strong talent pipelines across different functions in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:
— Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
— Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs
— Source and attract candidates across multiple channels
— Conduct screenings and coordinate interview processes
— Build and maintain talent pipelines
— Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
