Meettal is looking for a Tech Recruiter who enjoys going beyond standard sourcing — someone who likes figuring things out, understands roles deeply, and can turn cold outreach into real conversations.

What you’ll be doing:
— Source and attract tech talent using advanced search techniques (Boolean, etc.)
— Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements
— Manage the full recruitment cycle
— Build strong relationships with candidates
— Turn outreach into meaningful engagement and hires
