BrainRocket is looking for an HR Data Analyst to join the team and build strong HR analytics and reporting automation from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing processes, and creating impactful insights for business decisions.

What you’ll be doing:
— Build and automate HR reports and dashboards
— Analyze key HR metrics (attrition, costs, compensation, etc.)
— Design and optimize data flows and reporting processes
— Identify trends and provide actionable insights
— Continuously improve analytics and reporting infrastructure

What they’re looking for:
— Strong experience in HR analytics or data analysis
— Ability to quickly build reports and work with large datasets
— Experience with automation tools (n8n is a plus)
— Analytical mindset with focus on business impact
— Proactive approach to improving processes
