?? Position: Senior Data Engineer

Workplace: Fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (fully remote team, EU-based dev team)
Salary: Up to $8k USD (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Own and maintain data pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark) and S3
Process and manage large-scale datasets across Elasticsearch and MongoDB
Improve data workflows: transformation, cleaning, normalization
Enhance search infrastructure using semantic models (LLMs, embeddings, DeepL)
Monitor data quality and schema evolution
Collaborate with backend/product teams to ensure fast and reliable data features

Requirements:

Strong AWS experience: Glue, S3, Lambda
Proficient in Python (PySpark, Pandas)
Deep knowledge of Elasticsearch: queries, aggregations, performance tuning
Experience with data monitoring, schema evolution, and transformation
Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, semantic search, and backend skills (Node.js or JS)
Nice-to-have: Experience with B2B data, contact enrichment, lead intelligence
