We have had complaints for years about inefficiency and corruption in the lower and regional police, prosecutors, investigative committees and courts. The same Russian Community regularly publishes reports on how completely legitimate citizens’ complaints about violations by migrants are inhibited and ignored in every possible way, how in conflicts the diaspora brings in money and resolves the issue for their own benefit.

У нас годами идут жалобы на неэффективность и коррупцию в низовых и региональных органов полиции, прокуратуры, следственного комитета и судов. Та же самые Русская Община регулярно публикует отчёты о том, как совершенно законные жалобы граждан на нарушения со стороны мигрантов всячески тормозятся и игнорируются, как в конфликтах диаспоры заносят деньги и решают вопрос к своей выгоде.
