На стриме по jobs to be done я рассказывал про то, что использую chatgpt для помощи в подготовке и обработке интервью, но забыл в материалах приложить сами промпты. Исправляюсь - спасибо Татьяне, что сообщила мне про это упущение.

1) Для обработки транскриптов

"Please help me to summarize results of jobs to be done research for the product I am working on right now: Mindshare. Mindshare is a platform that helps experts monetize their time and knowledge. Identify commonly mentioned jobs, sort them by frequency of mentions by different interviewees, and for each job give 2-3 examples or excerpts from interviews

Attached are interview transcripts.”

и еще я прошу проверить мой транскрипт и сказать мне, что я мог упустить, какие вопросы не задать:

“attached is a transcript of interview I have performed with MindShare consultation buyer; what would you suggest to improve? what questions and topics have I missed?”

2) Для гипотез по jobs to be done или возможно упущенных аспектов:

“you are user research assistant. I'd like to better understands jobs to be done for a person that uses mindshare to schedule consultations with experts they follow on LinkedIn or Twitter.

Tell me about feelings, desires and jobs to be done that such user has, what alternative products and services they choose for these jobs, and why”

А потом я прошу сгенерировать user stories:

“okay, can you convert these insights into a user story for user seeking traditional consulting services, but decided to choose mindshare over, say, McKinsey or BCG firms”

3) Помощь с вопросами для jtbd интервью с определенной персоной

“please generate possible personas for mindshare”

и потом уже по конкретной персоне

“help me come up with jobs to be done interview questions for a startup founder & CEO who booked consultations with serial entrepreneur to help them navigate startup growth challenges”

Вплоть до генерации всего диалога

“ok can you generate a jobs to be done interview dialogue or transcript between researcher and aspiring entrepreneur”

Внимание: не используйте диалоги и персоны ВМЕСТО ресерча, используйте чтобы выцепить полезные гипотезы и вопросы, делать самоанализ и находить точки роста
