So again sentences should be done WITH BRAIN AND PROOF! not discrimination and personal interest!

When we talk about "death sentence and money for homeless" we are NOT saying well to spend less money all people should be sentenced to death!!! This is totally different, discrimination and against human rights!

Serious criminals that deserve at least a life sentence without parole don't deserve that the population is "wasting 15 million of dollars for such criminals!", because this is human right abuse, not human right!

b) No evidence ... we already talked that is NOT possible to say if this is effective, because this cannot be answered by science ... It's like making a scientific research asking people to do suicide and then evaluate different things!
