The bunker is located in Rutland, UK. Built in the 1960s, it sits underground with concrete walls, a self-contained air filtration system, and 1.4 acres of private land. The twist? It already has planning permission to be rebuilt into a modern home with panoramic windows

To raise funds, the team is minting 100,000 NFTs at ~$14 each (target: $1.3M). By buying a token, you join the DAO and get a vote: what should the bunker become? An Airbnb rental? A museum? A survivalist hub? The community decides. If the deal falls through, funds will be refunded within 6 months
