We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (Web3 / Crypto)

Motion Trade is a crypto market maker specializing in liquidity provision, market stability, and token launch support. Our team has experience across 5,000+ token launches and currently supports 500+ active clients worldwide.

▪️What you will do:
▫️Bring projects to launch on Alpha-programs and similar initiatives at leading crypto exchanges
▫️Develop relationships with exchange listing/BD teams, and engage directly with founders and Head of BD at crypto projects planning a TGE or listing
▫️Build and manage your own pipeline, handing off qualified opportunities to close

▪️Who we’re looking for:
▫️Has sold listings, marketing packages, Loan MM, Alpha, Launchpool, or other exchange products
▫️Has an active network among crypto projects planning TGE, listing, or fundraising
▫️Has negotiated directly with founders, CEOs, and listing teams
▫️Has a proven track record of building strong B2B relationships with crypto projects
