WIUT Jessup Team Advances to International Rounds

WIUT Jessup 2026 team has advanced to the International Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as the 1st Runner-Up team from the Uzbekistan National Rounds, held at Tashkent State University of Law on 6-8 February 2026.

The team includes Level 6 Commercial Law students Sarvarbek Ramatov and Sevarakhon Abdusaidova, and Level 5 students Mokhinur Akhmedjanova and Zuhraxon Habibullayeva, coached by Meyirbek Abdikadirov.

WIUT also received the Best Memorial award, and Mokhinur Akhmedjanova was named Best Oralist, the second consecutive year a WIUT student has earned the national Best Oralist title.

The team will represent Uzbekistan at the International Rounds in Washington, D.C., with this result reflecting months of preparation and the support of WIUT and the Commercial Law faculty.
