🎓 We are proud to highlight Rushana Rustamova, a 2014 Business Administration graduate with First Class Honours, whose career reflects strong expertise in marketing and global brand management.

Rushana began her career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Nestlé and is currently a Marketing Manager for the Beverages category at PepsiCo, leading strategic brand development for globally recognised products. Alongside her corporate role, she also teaches marketing, sharing real-world industry experience with future professionals.

Rushana’s journey demonstrates how a WIUT education equips graduates to succeed at the global level while contributing to both industry and academia.
