The Leadership Conference Series

Last week Webster University Tashkent hosted a workshop on proposal writing for students preparing submissions to the conference 'Leadership’s Role in Education, Politics, Economy and Media.'

Dr. Adrien Houguet, Prof. Firdavs Kobilov, and Prof. Peyman Almas shared practical guidance on preparing a clear, 250-word research proposal, including:

Choosing and defining a research topic
Formulating a focused research question
Highlighting its relevance to leadership studies

Participants were also reminded that leadership goes beyond authority; it’s about service, vision, and taking responsibility in shaping institutions and society.
