The crimes committed in Bucha and throughout Ukraine must be fully investigated and prosecuted; deported Ukrainian children must be returned immediately; a Special Tribunal on the crime of aggression against Ukraine must be established as soon as possible, and a compensation mechanism must be fully implemented.

The final document of the 2026 Bucha Summit represents a united and clear stance by 22 representatives of parliaments and parliamentary assemblies in support of Ukraine, justice, and the inevitability of russia’s accountability.

“For me, this is not just a diplomatic achievement. It is an important signal: Bucha will not be forgotten, and justice will not be delayed,” said Ruslan Stefanchuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
