“russia is losing on the battlefield,” said EU High Representative Kaja Kallas during her speech at the annual EU Ambassadors' Conference. She stressed that russia must pay for the damage caused to Ukraine. No crimes can be forgiven, in particular, all deported Ukrainian children must be returned.

Kaja Kallas also noted that Europe remains a leader in supporting Ukraine, having already provided €195 billion in aid since 2022.
