Strategic partnership and creation of a joint working group to support Ukraine's European integration

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, and the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Włodzimierz Chmielewski, signed a Joint Declaration. This is his first visit to the Ukrainian capital — and a symbolic step in strengthening Ukrainian-Polish dialogue.

During the meeting, the parties discussed further support for Ukraine in the fight against russian aggression and coordination of efforts in the European and security dimensions. Włodzimierz Chmielewski emphasized that without a free Ukraine, there can be no free Poland, and that Ukrainians have true friends and a reliable partner in Poland, the EU, and the world.
