President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Petra Bayr emphasised that ending the war and ensuring accountability for russian aggression are among the key priorities of her presidency.

Ruslan Stefanchuk discussed a compensation mechanism, as well as tougher sanctions, control over the supply of components for russian military equipment, and security guarantees to prevent new aggression.
