“I want Ukraine's accession to the European Union to begin as soon as possible,” said European Council President António Costa.

During a working visit to Norway, António Costa spoke at a press conference, where he clearly expressed his support for Ukraine and its course towards EU membership. He stressed that he was deeply impressed that even in the midst of a full-scale war, Ukraine continues to implement reforms and move forward consistently in the process of European Union enlargement.
