With this appeal, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk addressed his colleagues during the opening of the Winter Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

Ruslan Stefanchuk called on partners to take decisive action — strengthening sanctions, exerting real political pressure and strengthening Europe's security architecture. "Appeasing the aggressor does not work: russia only understands the language of force, unity and solidarity," he said.
