The Verkhovna Rada appeals to the parliaments and governments of foreign states, international organisations and parliamentary assemblies to condemn the russian federation's strategy aimed at destroying the Ukrainian people (No. 15026).

The parliament also calls for humanitarian aid to protect civilians, restore damaged infrastructure and stabilise energy networks.

Ukraine expects support for its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations and calls for the punishment of the aggressor state, in particular by banning russian citizens who participated in the armed aggression against our state from entering their countries.
