First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Korniienko discussed current issues in Ukrainian-Moldovan relations with a government delegation from the Republic of Moldova led by Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu.

Oleksandr Korniienko expressed his gratitude for the continued support of Ukrainian citizens who have found refuge in Moldova, as well as for the decision to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine. ‘This timely support is crucial for mitigating the consequences of russia's attacks on our critical infrastructure and providing assistance to the civilian population,’ he stressed.
