"Peace cannot be achieved by rewarding aggression. A just and lasting peace can only be achieved through strength." NATO PA President Marcos Perestrello reaffirmed the NATO PA's consistent and principled position on Ukraine.

During the meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Interparliamentary Council (UNIC), 33 parliamentarians from 14 Alliance countries and Ukraine, co-chaired by First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Korniienko and Marco Michelson (Estonia), once again confirmed their unwavering support for Ukraine.

The UNIC co-chairs also issued a statement emphasising the need to accelerate the Alliance's support for Ukraine.
