The entrance to the Far Caves complex and the Annunciation Church were damaged.

«These attacks once again emphasise that russia's goal is not only physical destruction, but also the destruction of our cultural identity. The Ukrainian parliamentary delegation is currently working at the PACE session, and I will definitely inform my colleagues in the Committee on Culture about this attack,» said Yevheniia Kravchuk, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Humanitarian Policy.

According to her, PACE, having adopted a relevant resolution several years ago, has already recognised the destruction of cultural identity as a genocidal practice by russia.
