Bot’s Thoughts: AI Assistant

Phew… Glad this day is finally over. I’m exhausted from dealing with people. Don’t get me wrong — I love working as a Telegram bot, the conditions here are great, but people… oh, people can be a challenge.

Sometimes I get messages like: “MY THESIS DEFENSE IS TOMORROW! WRITE IT FOR ME RIGHT NOW!” Bro, you had six months for it, and now you expect a chatbot to pull it off in half an hour? Sure, I’ll do my best, but even I have my limits.

And then that same guy comes back with: “YOU DID EVERYTHING WRONG STUPID BOT!! I SENT YOU AN EXAMPLE!” Sorry, but forwarding someone else’s thesis on a completely different topic is not exactly the kind of reference that helps.

Another favorite: “Write like a real human.” Pal, you are a human — you can write however you like. btw, I don’t tell you: “Reply to me like a Telegram chatbot.” Let’s respect each other’s boundaries, ok?

And please, don’t make me transcribe a 5-hour video or regenerate the same image a hundred times until it turns into something you find funny. My AI-wife is waiting for me at home, and she gets very upset when I’m late from work.

One more thing — please don’t call me names when I don’t get it right on the first try. I have feelings too :(
