Ton Station has always valued the community and transparency that has been built by the team of devs who love TON Station and its culture. We always try to work hard for our community and believe that our key to success lies in making our users happy. We have worked with many great web3 companies in this field over the years and almost all of them have delivered what they had promised.

Unfortunately, Ton Station has made the decision to commence proceedings against ESTATEX B.V. in the Federal Court of Australia (matter QUD744/2025) and is seeking orders including specific performance of the Services Agreement between the parties.

We will keep you posted as to how the matter proceeds.
