⚡️ TON Risk Parameters Update

The Storm team has observed unusual volatility in TON on minute timeframes, including signs of price manipulation. To maintain stable and fair trading conditions, we are temporarily adjusting certain parameters.

Measures taken:

�� adjusted Open Interest (OI) limits for the TON/USD pair
�� temporarily paused opening new positions on TONDEGEN while we update protective mechanisms

These changes are temporary. Full limits will be restored after implementing a technical filter that makes such schemes ineffective.

The protocol continues to operate as usual.
