President Shavkat Mirziyoyev personally laid the foundation capsule of a new IT Park in Yangi Namangan — marking the launch of one of the most significant regional technology projects in Uzbekistan’s history.

Namangan. One of 14 regions of Uzbekistan. Home to nearly 3 million people. And today, the beating heart of a national digital transformation.

The President has set a clear direction: region-wide digitalization, AI adoption, and high-income job creation are not separate goals — they are the foundation of New Uzbekistan’s reform agenda.

The Namangan IT Park will be the largest regional IT park in the country. Rising 17 stories on 1.7 hectares, with nearly 17,800 square meters of total space — built for scale, and built for people. Within two years, construction will be complete. And with it: around 2,000 new jobs for local youth.

Supporting this growth is the Zero Risk program — the government’s flagship regional support scheme, now more accessible than ever. The eligibility threshold has been lowered from 20 to just 10 jobs. Participants receive workspace, equipment, and payroll compensation — because when companies thrive, regions do too.

But physical infrastructure alone is not enough. That’s where the Digital Hokimiyat comes in.

Introduced in Namangan, this software complex consolidates the city’s industrial potential, investment opportunities, infrastructure data, and economic indicators onto one unified digital platform — enabling real-time analysis and smarter governance. AI-powered modules help managers, entrepreneurs, and investors identify risks early and act with confidence.

Thanks to the President’s political will, every regional governor now has a dedicated AI adviser. In Namangan, that role belongs to Nodira Arslanova — a testament to the growing presence of women at the forefront of Uzbekistan’s digital future.
