• The short film should be completely in Samskrit. • Maximum time limit is five minutes (10 minutes) only. • The Short Film can be based on any subject or concept. • The short film should not be a Documentary film. • The theme of the short film should be contemporary. • The short film should not be telecasted anywhere else till the result is declared. • Samskrit Bharati reserves the rights to copy or use the material submitted by the participants in any form, online or offline, for the festival’s promotional and archival purposes. Samskrit Bharati also reserves the rights to telecast these short films in different film festivals and on social media platforms of Samskrit Bharati. • The last date to send the film is 5th November 2026. • Short films must be uploaded to participant’s google drive and shareable links (Anyone with the link - Viewer) will have to be given through Google Form only. • The playing picture must be in FHD quality (1920*1080) and mp4 format. • The subtitle of the movie should be in Hindi…
