First Passengers Depart on the New Direct Flight from Astana to Bishkek

🗓️ On November 10, VIETJET QAZAQSTAN (QAZAQ AIR) operated its inaugural direct international flight on the route Astana — Bishkek.

The official launch ceremony took place at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport with the participation of the Chairman of the Management Board of Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, Mr. Yusuf Aljawder, Chairman of the Management Board of QAZAQ AIR, Mr. Adilbek Umraliyev, representatives of partner organizations, and departing passengers.

✈️ The launch of the direct service enhances air connectivity and supports the development of business, tourism, and cultural exchange between Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. The new route provides residents and visitors of the Central Asian capitals with more convenient and time-efficient travel options.

“Opening the Astana — Bishkek route is an important step in strengthening ties between our countries. Direct flights make travel faster and more convenient, and they also support the growth of tourism, business cooperation, and cultural exchange,” noted Adilbek Umraliyev, Chairman of the Management Board of QAZAQ AIR.

Passengers of the inaugural flight received commemorative gifts from partners, and a giveaway of travel vouchers was held during the event.
