Gleb has extensive leadership experience from his five-year tenure at Binance, where he served as Vice President and Head of Asia. He oversaw operations in over 60 markets, including APAC, Eastern Europe, CIS, Turkey, and ANZ.

He played a pivotal role in the successful launch of local Binance exchanges in Kazakhstan and Japan and managed key platforms such as Tokocrypto, Binance Turkey, and Binance Australia.
