Cocoblu Retail which is the preferred online retailer of Penguin Random House India has messed orders of Happiness Happens big time. I've had 7 different people contact me who are mildly frustrated because they had "pre ordered" the book, and have been waiting for almost a month now, whereas new orders are being fulfilled in a day.
