While preparing update for Q1 of this financial year, I realized I had missed sending the update of Q4 (Jan 2025 - Mar 2025).

• 361 animals were treated.
• 260 animals (mostly dogs, some cats) were sterilized — preventing the birth of an estimated 26,000 puppies.
• 12 animals found loving forever homes.
• At the end of the quarter we were caring for 132 animals, including:
- 68 recovering animals (14 of them sterilized dogs)
- 46 permanent residents
- 18 animals awaiting adoption

Our *ultrasound and X-ray* facilities finally became operational, allowing us to diagnose and treat animals more effectively.

Our ambulance is also now equipped and ready to be used — while it’s not running yet, we did manage to successfully perform our first surgery inside it.

We received ₹34.8 lakhs in donations. Here's how these funds were utilised:

* Founder salaries: 0
* Insurance and other staff welfare 0.46 Lakh
* Staff Salaries: 17.86 Lakh
* Animal Medicine: 6 Lakh
* Animal Food: 4.1 Lac
* Animal Transportation: 1.56
* Construction and Maintenance: 3.21 Lac
* Ambulance Pending amount + Maintenance + Insurance: 2.57Lac
* Ultrasound Machine Pending Amount: 10 Lac

We started with ₹13.9 lakhs in our bank account, and at the end of the quarter, we had ₹3 lakhs in our bank account.

Our vendor credit balance increased from ₹6.5 Lakh to ₹8 Lakh by the end of the financial year 2024-2025. We hope to settle all outstanding vendor payables by the end of the current financial year, 2025-2026.
