People often ask what next for Peepal Farm. Although most of our time goes in doing and maintaining what we already do (animal rescue, and awareness), there are a few projects we have started to increase the scope of our work. I am sharing this, in case any of you gets excited about any of this and wants to join the effort. 1. Mobile spay clinic == Abhijit Victor Gaba helped us get a human ambulance, which we have setup like an operation theater for doing female dog sterilizations. We will be fitting this laparoscopic equipment, which will reduce the incision size, and cut down on post op recovery period, which will let us do sterilization camps even in remote areas like Spiti without spending a huge amount of resources in setting up a post op unit. If this works out as planned, then this is a replicable solution, and can be scaled up. 2.
