🔰 Waste bins shall be installed on a mandatory basis, including in the following locations:

▫️ at the entrance to each apartment building entrance (stairwell) – 1 bin;

▫️ at the entrance to (exit from) buildings of organizations, as well as retail facilities – 1–2 bins;

▫️ at each entrance to (exit from) metro stations, underground pedestrian crossings and overpasses – 2 bins;

▫️ at public transport stops – 1–2 bins;

▫️ at the entrance to (exit from) parking lots and temporary parking areas for motor vehicles – 1–2 bins.
