💵 According to the legislation, when calculating maternity (pregnancy and childbirth) benefits, a length-of-service coefficient is applied to the average monthly wage of the insured person, proportionate to their insurance record:

▫️ from 10 to 24 months of service — 75%;
▫️ from 25 to 60 months of service — 85%;
▫️ 61 months and more of service — 100%.

🚫 In the event of the death of the mother and (or) the child before the end of the period specified in the certificate of temporary incapacity for work related to pregnancy and childbirth, the paid maternity benefit shall not be recovered.
