Artificial intelligence technologies will be widely used in ensuring the execution of court documents

The Presidential Decree “On additional measures to digitalize and improve the efficiency of the system for execution of court documents and documents of other bodies” (DP–50, dated 30 March 2026) has been adopted.

🔰 According to the Decree, from 1 January 2027:

🔹 at least 70 percent of decisions adopted by state executors shall be automated through the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies and improvement of information systems;

🔹 workflow processes related to ensuring the execution of court documents and documents of other bodies shall be conducted in electronic form using modern information and communication technologies;

🔹 processes for distribution of monetary funds recovered during enforcement actions shall be digitalized.

⏭️ From 1 July 2026, motor vehicles and immovable property subject to transfer to state revenue based on court documents and documents of other bodies shall be directly transferred to the management of the State Assets Management Agency on the basis of a decision of the state executor.
