Prohibitions imposed on property may be canceled by a state executor

By the Law (No. LRU–1119 dated 04 March 2026), additions were made to certain legislative acts.

🔰 According to it, if the recoverer (judgment creditor) agrees to the proposal to retain unrealized property, the prohibitions imposed on the property by the bodies performing state registration of property rights and other proprietary rights shall be canceled based on the decision of the state executor.

✅ The decision of the state executor shall be the basis for the state registration (accounting) of the right to the property for the person specified therein.

🚫 In this case, existing obligations regarding the property shall remain with the debtor, who was its former owner, except for cases where the recoverer voluntarily assumes the fulfillment of these obligations.

📌 The Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.
